Sunday February 15th Sketchbook Starters

Guided by Jenny, this 2 hour workshop will be from 10am-12pm.

Everyone will receive an A5 (~5.75" x 8") Hahnemühle sketchbook to keep. It has 20 pages, but you can use both sides, so 40. All other materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite pen/drawing material!

I will have at least 20 prompts, but if you want to provide 1 or 2 before or during class, that would be awesome. If not, that's fine too :). These are not drawing prompts, but are more open-ended so can be interpreted however you want. You are working in a sketchbook, so you will be limted to 2D responses.

The idea is that you leave with something started on every page so that you have art to work on for the next several months. I had a teacher once who had us do this (different medium) & it was the best. This could also be a great way to get you into a daily/weekly sketchbook practice if that's what you're looking for.
