Saturday March 14th Past, Present, Future, An Expressive Arts Session

Taught by Julia, this workshop is 11am-1pm

This is a process over product workshop, where you will be guided through visual art and writing exercises that explore your past and present self. From this, you will examine how you want to move forward in your life, and will create a mixed media postcard to your future self. At the end of this session you will have a poem you created, and a few pieces of art encompassing your introspective experience. We will be engaging in discussion to witness each other's discovery, but sharing is optional!
