Saturday February 21st Regulation in Uncertain Times

This expressive arts session is for those seeking connection and emotional or physical regulation, during these uncertain times. Show up as you are, there is no need to "be an artist" to join! You will be guided through visual art activities and a tiny bit of writing. In this workshop you will be offered a time to share and reflect to the group, if you want to, about how you identify in your body, mind and community.
